The Edible Final Exam!
This semester, we wrote about food. This semester, we planted, harvested, & feasted on food. This semester, we discussed & described our family recipes & our favorite restaurants. This semester, the professor required students to record & produce a YouTube-ready cooking video & called it the Edible Final Exam.
These projects were all created by first-year Tennessee Tech students enrolled in the Environmental Learning Village sections of English 1010. It’s always hard to pick a top five of anything, but these were some of my favorites from the more than sixty videos I had the pleasure of watching.
